What Do We Know About The Best Natural Acne Treatment?

Natural acne treatment is one of the best ways to safely and effectively remove acne from the skin. I mean, who did not have to encounter this very dreadful skin disease at one point in their life? Acne is usually found on the upper body, neck and face, and they are caused by the increase of hormones or/and bacterial infections of the epidermis.

If you ever had biology in school, then you will know that our body disposes of wastes and toxins through sweat pores. For this reason we need to take care of our skin. But not only that: having acne on your skin can make you miserable. Nowadays everyone is obsessed with their appearance, and if they see a pimple on their face they freak out.

I've tried a lot of stuff that was promoted on TV and the Internet, but nothing has really worked. In some cases, it made matters even worse. I remember one medication left painful rashes on my skin, and at that point I believed that someone from "above" was punishing me.

But then I read an interesting article that suggested some excellent tips on how to prevent acne from appearing again and how to treat the ones you already have. Here are a few of my favorite methods:

1) Unless your dermatologist prescribed them to you, get rid of all ingested drugs you are using to treat acne. There is no need to poison your body even more.

2) Make some changes in your diet. I recommend you eat more raw and cooked root fruits and root veggies. Also, make sure you avoid eating too many fats, because they cause your body to produce excessive amounts of oil.

3) Change your pillowcase daily. Because at night you tend to sweat, it creates a perfect environment for acne bacteria to grow.

4) Massage your face daily. It wouldn't be a good idea to write down how to do that, so that's why I recommend you go on YouTube and type in "face massaging" or "face massage" and see how the pros do it.

5) Take some time to exercise. Not only will it make you look better, but since you will be sweating, your body will get rid of all toxins and wastes.

6) Drink lots of water. Water is an awesome way to detoxify the skin, because it is a) natural b) free.

Consume about 7-12 glasses a day, and you will see the positive effects that it will bring.

What Do I Know About Acne Home Remedies?

Let's talk about one of the topics that people are constantly searching for: "acne home remedies". Acne has become a huge problem, and that's why we need to know how to treat it and also how to make sure that it won't appear again.

Before you take any actions, please contact your local dermatologist. In most cases, acne can be treated at home, but what if you suffer from a very dangerous form of this skin disease? Don't be negligent with your own body - your health is what should matter the most.

Here is a list of tips that can help you to cure your acne:

1) Be on a good diet - good nutrition is the foundation of a healthy body. Being on the right diet ensures that you receive the necessary minerals and vitamins. For example, did you know that garlic and onions contain sulphur - a chemical element that is very helpful against acne? Also, there are some supplements like vitamin C, A- and b-complex vitamins are important for the growth and strength of your epidermis; vitamin E is great to protect your skin from damage.

Here is what most people don't know: water is one of the best methods to prevent acne from appearing on your skin. It flushes out toxins, hydrates the skin and helps against allergens.

2) Cosmetics - if you are a lady, I understand how important it is for you to put make up on. Here is something you really need to know: avoid oily cosmetics, because it creates the perfect environment for acne bacteria.

3) Keep your hands away from your pimples - I know sometimes it is hard to resist the urge to squeeze and pick on your pimples, but that is a common "rookie" mistake. If you start playing around with your acne, it can lead to infection which can later manifest itself as a huge scar. I know that you want to get rid of it right away, but just give it time.

4) Homemade remedies - If your doctor agreed to give you green light to treat acne yourself, you can apply these ingredients on the affected area:

a) Ginger and milk

b) Vinegar and salt

c) Cinnamon and lemon juice

d) Vinegar and Turmeric

5) Try to avoid stressful situations - I know that this is a naïve thing to say, considering the economy we are living in. All I'm asking is to do everything to avoid stress, because it also can lead to acne.

Startling Facts About How to Get Rid Of Acne for Good

Getting rid of Acne

Have you ever actually sat down and thought about ways of getting rid of acne? I'm here to tell you that a simple solution does exist that will clear up your skin and prevent new blemishes. While in this article I will cover a few good tips about preventing acne, we will first look at some basic facts surrounding the condition.

Over the past few years, it seems as though a large variety of new products have arisen with distinctive methods to prevent and get rid of acne. Trust me; I have gone through all of them. While I do believe that most of them can help at some level, I'm pretty sure the majority are based on some kind of one-size-fits-all formula that is not aimed at your specific problem or skin-type.

For most of us, it would be best to try to eliminate acne by using more than one method. And trying these approaches can significantly reduce your stress. And while I don't know about you, I definitely seem to be somebody who is not as stressed when I don't have acne.

While there seems to be an uncountable amount of theories as to what will actually prevent acne, most can be categorized under stress, skin care, and diet. And from my experience, when I become more stressed and eat a lot of junk foods my acne becomes worse.

Let me explain

Scientifically, the link between what we eat and our activity levels regarding acne is currently unclear. However, there are studies which suggest that lower stress levels assist in getting rid of acne.

Stress is bad for acne because causes the balance between your internal system and your skin to go out of whack. Consequently your adrenaline and your sugar levels will generally increase, which in turn can cause an outbreak. To effectively prevent and get rid of acne you should consider your stress levels as well as basic skin care.

How I get rid of acne

Well, I make sure that I make time every day so I can do things that I like to do. Generally I keep people who stress me out away whenever possible.

Over time I learned that sleeping 8 to 10 hours a night allows my system to purify itself naturally while I rest.

You should also make sure that you get lots of vitamins. Often times we don't get enough nutrients from diet alone, so I suggest you pick yourself up a good multivitamin that can be found easily at a grocery or health store near you.

I have noticed that when I started to take a good multivitamin on a regular basis, it started to gradually clear my skin and get rid of breakouts.

Keeping it all natural

It is very possible for you to get rid of your acne for good and you can do it in as little as two weeks using all-natural methods. I know it sounds crazy but it's true, if you would like to learn more then go to http://thepimplesolution.com/ to watch the free video that will help you get rid of acne.

Good luck,

The Truth About the Link Between Acne and Chocolate

Many people who experience acne learn about the many myths out there that say there is a relationship between acne and your diet. One of the most popular myths is the relationship between acne (pimples) and chocolate. Lets explore this myth to determine if it is true or not.

The Myth

Remember when your parents would tell you as a teenager that eating chocolate would give you pimples. So you would sneak some into your diet without your parents knowing about it and then when a pimple develops, your parents would wonder how you got it, unless you were eating chocolate.

So think about this for a minute, you have been eating chocolate all your life, and then when you hit your teen years, you learn you can develop acne from this treat.

What changed?

Debunking The Myth

One of the big changes all teenagers go through is puberty. This creates tremendous hormone imbalances in the teen's body. So how does hormone and chocolate combine together to create acne in teens?

It doesn't!

Of the over 50 million people suffering from acne, most are teenagers going through puberty. Researchers have determined that a hormone imbalance in your body is what triggers acne. This acne becomes visible when you have a hormone imbalance, with or without chocolate. In fact, chocolate has been found to actually aid in stopping or preventing acne.

Research has shown that when a person consumes chocolate, the body will secrete serotonin. Serotonin has been found to give the body a sense of well-being or happiness. Since acne has been found to be stress related, such as when you go through puberty, this calming effect brought on by eating chocolate will reduce stress, therefore reducing acne.

Acne And Foods

Lets go one step further, you have probably been told that not only chocolate will cause acne, but the consumption of greasy foods will also cause you to develop acne as a teenager. Fact is, there has been no link between the consumption of any food and the development of acne. If you do develop acne after consumption of certain foods, it is more likely an allergic reaction than an actual breakout of acne.

Conclusion

Researchers have found that there is no link between the consumption of chocolate and the breakout of acne. In fact, if eaten in moderation, chocolate may even help prevent the development of acne. So eat chocolate, but only in moderation, and do not worry about your chocolate causing acne.

Learning About Over The Counter Acne Treatments For Adults

If you have had acne as a teen, you might think that your days to worry about acne are over. This is not always true. Acne can follow adults into their mid thirties and beyond. Things like stress and other natural conditions can help to bring acne on in adulthood. If you have acne you can relax because there are many over the counter acne treatments for adults that are available.

Ingredients Used In Treatment

There are two things found in most adult treatments. One is called salicylic acid which helps to treat acne and the other is a form of peroxide called Benzoyl. This helps dry up the condition. These are both affordable and easy to use. You could also try another approach like the oil of a tea tree. This helps to kill harmful bacteria that lay on the skin cells and causes acne.

What The Ingredients Do

Benzoyl and tea tree oil do the same thing, these kill acne-causing bacteria while the salicylic solution promotes more health growing cells. There might be other things in the over the counter treatment like a moisturizer or a sun block. Some women that suffer from adult acne are known to look for make up that has an anti-acne treatment in it.

Things To Remember

Using an acne treatment alone is not the best solution. It helps to wash and dry you face and keep your skin clean. a soap that is mild and water that is clean is the key. You never want to wash too much or leave soap behind on your face. You also do not want to take all of the oils out of your skin. The skin needs to produce oil and will continue to produce more and more oil if you take some away. This leads to more breakouts of acne.

Why Use Over The Counter Products?

The first reason so many people use these treatments for acne is that they are easy to use and easy to find. They come in many forms and can be used to see results within a week or more in most cases.

Beware Of Skin Irritations

It should be noted that some times these ingredients can cause an irritation to your skin. If you are worried about this or have a sensitive skin, it is best to get a product with only one ingredient. This will help reduce the cause of skin irritation. You can also use the product and wait a few days before using the product again. This will also help your skin to become less red.

Try all the products you can to treat your acne. However, if you need to see a doctor you should contact one right away.
