What Do We Know About The Best Natural Acne Treatment?

Natural acne treatment is one of the best ways to safely and effectively remove acne from the skin. I mean, who did not have to encounter this very dreadful skin disease at one point in their life? Acne is usually found on the upper body, neck and face, and they are caused by the increase of hormones or/and bacterial infections of the epidermis.

If you ever had biology in school, then you will know that our body disposes of wastes and toxins through sweat pores. For this reason we need to take care of our skin. But not only that: having acne on your skin can make you miserable. Nowadays everyone is obsessed with their appearance, and if they see a pimple on their face they freak out.

I've tried a lot of stuff that was promoted on TV and the Internet, but nothing has really worked. In some cases, it made matters even worse. I remember one medication left painful rashes on my skin, and at that point I believed that someone from "above" was punishing me.

But then I read an interesting article that suggested some excellent tips on how to prevent acne from appearing again and how to treat the ones you already have. Here are a few of my favorite methods:

1) Unless your dermatologist prescribed them to you, get rid of all ingested drugs you are using to treat acne. There is no need to poison your body even more.

2) Make some changes in your diet. I recommend you eat more raw and cooked root fruits and root veggies. Also, make sure you avoid eating too many fats, because they cause your body to produce excessive amounts of oil.

3) Change your pillowcase daily. Because at night you tend to sweat, it creates a perfect environment for acne bacteria to grow.

4) Massage your face daily. It wouldn't be a good idea to write down how to do that, so that's why I recommend you go on YouTube and type in "face massaging" or "face massage" and see how the pros do it.

5) Take some time to exercise. Not only will it make you look better, but since you will be sweating, your body will get rid of all toxins and wastes.

6) Drink lots of water. Water is an awesome way to detoxify the skin, because it is a) natural b) free.

Consume about 7-12 glasses a day, and you will see the positive effects that it will bring.
